You will enjoy energizing fitness and adventure based activities such as sea kayaking, trekking, biking, hiking or rock climbing as part of your activity plan to make our retreats memorable and interactive learning experiences.
Our Weekend Boot Camps are based on our successful Boot camp programs in Asia as found on bangkokbootcamp and www.bootcampasia.com and include activities such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, speed, strength, power and agility training, SAQ, fitness games, and the our ever popular team based events.
LHR retreats include daily group fitness activities and an opportunity to meet and work with like-minded people.
LHR retreats are guided by professional health and fitness experts, and you will enjoy both cultural and culinary experiences that will guide you towards long term health.
Weekend boot camps last between 2-3 days while adventure retreats are usually anywhere from 5-14 days.
