LHR Health & Weight Loss Retreats are designed so that you learn how to manage your health and achieve a weight that you are happy with over the long term. We understand the difficulties of losing weight, so we empower you to make permanent changes while avoiding the pitfalls of quick fixes and dangerous diet fads.
Each Health & Weight Loss retreat is facilitated by experienced fitness and nutrition experts who will guide you every step along the way and provide you with pre and post weight loss assessments.
LHR retreats are based on education, tangible results, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, Mindset training and strategy building.
You can expect a minimum of 4 hours a day of physical and educational activity along with daily seminars on health, diet, fitness, goal setting and motivation.
We are committed to teaching you how to manage your weight, optimize your health, and implement strategies for long term success.
LHR offers optional post retreat coaching programs for an additional fee and EVERY participant who completes a Health & Weight Loss retreat (minimum 5 nights) receivesweekly free post-program coaching via SKYPE for up to 30 days.
